कटनी जिले की विजयराघवगढ़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र से विधायक संजय पाठक प्रदेश के सबसे रईस विधायक माने जाते हैं. संजय पाठक ने इस बात का ऐलान कर सबको चौंका दिया था कि वह चुनाव के पूर्व जनमत सर्वेक्षण करवाएंगे. जनमत सर्वेक्षण के दौरान यदि उन्हें 51 फ़ीसदी से कम वोट मिलते हैं तो वह चुनाव नहीं लड़ेंगे.

Sanjay Pathak had surprised everyone by announcing that he would conduct an opinion poll before the elections. If he gets less than 51 percent votes during the opinion poll, he will not contest the election.
